A five-course festive feast with all the classics, re-imagined by Simon Rogan’s Michelin-starred team using the best seasonal ingredients from local suppliers and his farm in the Cartmel Valley.

Turkey and all the trimmings… but like you’ve never had it before. Five courses that include all the hits to please even the most traditional of guests: a starter of truffled celeriac soup with confit duck, Granny Smith apple and chestnut garnish; followed by smoked salmon (pine-cured, for extra festive enjoyment); of course the all-important turkey (Goosnargh, corn-fed, from one of the UK’s most prestigious producers); Christmas pudding with brandy Anglaise (handmade by the team in The Lakes); and classic mince pies (remixed into chocolate truffles). An unforgettable Christmas feast for all the family.

Truffle Supplement
Hand-foraged fresh Black Winter Truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) which has been prepared so that it can be simply added to the sauce of your main coursebringing out the flavour to compliment the dish.

Cheese Selection
A selection of three artisan cheeses from Britain for the perfect end to your night in. Comes with homemade chutney and crackers. Upgrade your Cheese Selection by adding a Bottle of Tawy Dee Port.
